Recruitment Process
- Screening : Review resume and cover letter to see if the candidate meets the qualification
- 1st Interview (working-level) : Evaluate the knowledge, experience, and capacity of the candidate at working-level
- 2nd Interview (personality) : Evaluate the personality, qualification, values, and attitudes of the candidate and discuss the position, salary, etc. with a relevant team
